Technological Breakthrough: Overcoming Critical "Bottleneck" Challenges
Addressing the dual demand for lightweight yet high-strength materials in sectors such as aerospace and new energy vehicles, we have successfully developed a third-generation ultra-high-strength steel boasting a tensile strength of 1200 MPa. Through a unique micro-alloying design and a precision-controlled rolling and cooling process, this product achieves a 40% increase in yield strength while maintaining ultra-thin specifications (down to 0.8 mm). It is 25% lighter than traditional steel, thereby meeting the rigorous requirements for achieving a weight reduction of over 15% in automotive body structures.
Green Transition: Empowering Carbon Neutrality Goals
Guided by the national "Dual Carbon" strategy, we are simultaneously advancing energy-saving upgrades across our production processes. By implementing 15 distinct green technologies—including waste heat recovery and intelligent carbon control systems—we have reduced the specific energy consumption of our new products by 15% compared to the industry average, resulting in an annual reduction of 120,000 tons in carbon dioxide emissions. We remain deeply committed to pioneering advancements in the field of high-end materials. With the imminent commissioning of a new production line boasting an annual capacity of 300,000 tons, we are poised to write a new chapter of high-quality development, driven by the power of innovation.
