Hardware capability serves as the fundamental guarantee for both the quality and efficiency of steel plate processing. The facility currently houses a fleet of high-power laser cutting systems—including 60 kW, 35 kW, and 12 kW models—capable of efficiently and precisely cutting steel plates of varying thicknesses. These systems produce clean, smooth cut edges that require no secondary grinding or finishing.

The facility also features a comprehensive array of CNC bending equipment, including machines capable of handling plates up to 1.5 meters wide and 4 meters long. Supported by a range of CNC bending presses with capacities of 100 tons, 125 tons, and 160 tons, the facility can accommodate the bending and forming of steel plates across a wide spectrum of thicknesses and lengths.

Furthermore, the facility is fully equipped with a complete suite of auxiliary machine tools—including plate rolling machines, drill presses, milling machines, lathes, and grinders—establishing a seamless, end-to-end production line that spans cutting, bending, and rolling through to precision turning, milling, and grinding.

Leveraging this extensive inventory of advanced equipment, the facility is fully capable of fulfilling both large-volume orders and the processing of custom components based on complex technical drawings.
